Information you provide

Inquiry forms ask for the information needed to respond to your request, such as your name, email address, property address or home-search preferences. Phone numbers are optional unless you choose a phone reply. Do not submit financial documents, account passwords or other sensitive records through these forms.

Submitting an inquiry

When Netlify form handling is active, submissions are stored in the team’s Netlify account. In local preview mode, the form prepares an email instead; nothing is sent until you send that email. An inquiry does not sign you up for an automated marketing subscription.

External services

Property information and listing photographs are supplied through IDX Broker. Opening IDX search, Google, Instagram or SERHANT. links takes you to those services. Property photographs may load from the listing image provider. Reviews load through Elfsight when you choose to load them. Those services have their own privacy practices.

Optional analytics

Optional Google Analytics measurement is off until configured and until you select Allow analytics. When enabled with your permission, it measures page visits, home-search clicks, phone and email clicks, showing-request clicks, and successful inquiries. Form entries, names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-text searches and URL query strings are excluded from the events this site sends. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track preferences disable optional measurement.
